At Eldercareonlinetoolkit.org we offer short videos, and long form courses, that guide you into areas of interest such as selecting a post-acute facility, managing medications, physician visits, gathering personal information, and many more. Most videos also come with checklists and action plans for families and caregivers to utilize to further equip you for the journey in front of you today, or one that has yet to come.

In addition, we have plans to hold live web sessions in specific area of interest. All this online content is available to you and your family, and your registration at CareForAgingLovedOnes.org keeps you informed of coming content and events.
